Photo ID to pick up badge help!

I'm planning on taking my younger brothers to the convention this weekend, I'm aware you need photo IDs to pick up the badge, but they don't have any available photo IDs right now not even from school especially because of the pandemic and all these home schooling, what can I do? Should I get a refund?..

Unfortunately I am no longer able to attend this year's convention, nor can my sister. However every time I've tried to refund my ticket, it takes me to page that says that the option can't be found. I really need some help here.

Hello! I'm trying to use my credit from the tickets I got refunded from AniMinneapolis last year to pay for tickets for Anime Midwest this year, but it's not giving me the option. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!!

So I didn't ask for a refund on 2020 ticket. Do I still get my ticket 2021 or do I have to buy a new one?

I registered for the con June 10th and my badge hasnt came in yet- im a little nervous! I made sure I selected to receive my badge by mail. Does anyone know how long it will be?

I clicked the box to have mine and my friends badges shipped to my house. Only my badge came in the mail. Do I just need to pick hers up at the convention or do I wait for it to come here?
