Hello,
I was able to refund my ticket online however no option button next to my son's and husband's name for a refund. I cannot find a number to talk with anyone. I sent email to the contact us. I need help! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone? How long it takes to get a refund?

I've tried to refund my 2 tickets. And can't find where to go. So please either help or do it for me....
