There's going to be tens of thousands of fans in Chicago for the final three day concert. It would be nice to be able to reach out to them somehow and get them to go. Maybe their Facebook page?

Hopefully it's okay I share this here, but I wanted to let you lovely people know about a few things the Cosplaying Community has going on at Anime Midwest this year. We will be doing a raffle for three items over midwest weekend, and the three items are still being decided by members. You can help us by going to the website below and let us know what sorta of prizes you would want raffled off! Any extra entries you want to make are only a $1 each, and if you refer a new member to the community you get another free entry! That would be neat, the only thing is I don't really know the area well enough to do something like that. However, your plan sounds mega fun. I'll keep you posted, I'm gradually making a prototype chart if you'd like to knock some ideas around later.

Greetings all! Thought I'd introduce myself. My name's AJ, I am a fan of all-things anime (most, anyway--I stay away from certain ones, school days i'm looking at you). It will be my first Anime Midwest Con. I'm also Israel's national Skeleton athlete (think head-first luge or bobsled but face-first). Will probably be cosplaying as "HOUIN KYOMA!"
