Using Ticket Refund Credit
joyfulamy @joyfulamy
Hello! I'm trying to use my credit from the tickets I got refunded from AniMinneapolis last year to pay for tickets for Anime Midwest this year, but it's not giving me the option. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!!

So I didn't ask for a refund on 2020 ticket. Do I still get my ticket 2021 or do I have to buy a new one?

I clicked the box to have mine and my friends badges shipped to my house. Only my badge came in the mail. Do I just need to pick hers up at the convention or do I wait for it to come here?

What is the shoe policy, I’m going as a hobbit, and typically they don’t wear shoes. Is that okay or will I need a clear shoe?

Ah and btw, an access code will be granted so you will not be tied to me joining or leaving the con/aftercon activities.

Hi, I lost a white butterfly-shaped clip for my shoe, please let me know if you've seen it!
Also, is there some place where I can ask if someone has found it and turned it in?
