Badge Refund help

So I have looked all over the site, and I have no idea how to get a badge refund to cancel your badge. But the problem is that yes today is that last day to do it, but I could not do anything to turn in I need a refund for canceling my badge until recently because I've been in the hospital with a serious unexpected medical condition all week with no access to a computer. I emailed Molly but I got no reply back. I emailed Molly when I was discharged, but I have not received a reply and with my unexpected medical condition I am in no shape to go to an anime con. Who do I contact and what do I do so I can cancel my badge? I'm very sad I can't go but with my condition at the moment going to the con would be a very bad feat for me.

I sent an email over a week ago asking for help. The original credit card I used to get the badge was closed. I asked how to get a refund if they can't give me a refund on my old card. I didn't get a response until Tuesday night. By then it was too late because it was past the 15 days. Is that how you help? I want a refund. I paid for my grandson's ticket but he can't go now. Please let me know what to do.

I'm trying to find out how to get a refund, I went to view my ticket but the button next to the ticket doesn't work. I read that there would be a refund option there. Can anyone help. Thanks!
