I sent an email over a week ago asking for help. The original credit card I used to get the badge was closed. I asked how to get a refund if they can't give me a refund on my old card. I didn't get a response until Tuesday night. By then it was too late because it was past the 15 days. Is that how you help? I want a refund. I paid for my grandson's ticket but he can't go now. Please let me know what to do.
