Hello, I just had a concern about the tickets I just purchased for anime Midwest I purchased two tickets for the Saturday day only. But I didn’t noticed I had made duplicate on accident so I got charged for 3 Saturday tickets and one full days tickets, I know the ticket are not refundable but I made the mistake in that. Is there a way I could refund those 120$ tickets? Thanks

Can someone please help me? I have a voucher for a weekend pass to Anime Midwest 2025 and I can't figure out how to use it. I also can't ask Anime Midwest Support because it's asking me to enter a Re-Captcha to send an email to them, but no Re-Captcha is appearing...
