Help with switching ticket days

Is there anyone who could help with switching our Saturday tickets to Sunday? I am not looking for a refund. I just need to switch the three tickets that we bought to Sunday. Any pointers would be helpful.

I just checked my bank account and I can see I was charged $119 for a subscription here? But I don't have one. The only thing I actually bought here was my $40 ticket. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to dispute it? This is insane.

Hello, I just had a concern about the tickets I just purchased for anime Midwest I purchased two tickets for the Saturday day only. But I didn’t noticed I had made duplicate on accident so I got charged for 3 Saturday tickets and one full days tickets, I know the ticket are not refundable but I made the mistake in that. Is there a way I could refund those 120$ tickets? Thanks

Can someone please help me? I have a voucher for a weekend pass to Anime Midwest 2025 and I can't figure out how to use it. I also can't ask Anime Midwest Support because it's asking me to enter a Re-Captcha to send an email to them, but no Re-Captcha is appearing...

I received an email on the 22nd of June saying my badge is in the mail. But I havent seen it since, right now its June 28.
