My friend can't make it this year and I need to cancel his ticket but the remove button next to the registration info isn't doing anything. I've tried refreshing the page multiple times and logging out before trying again. Is there another way to take care of it?

I had 2 friends cancel on me and Molly was very helpful with the first but now with the second I am not getting a reply. Is there anybody else that can help?
