I was the (shorter) slender with the hat.

Improving upon both my costumes from last year, i was planning on cosplaying as Slenderman again this year...and then this happened, and the news ran with it.(NBC link):http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/slender-man-stabbing

I also saw that someone who was dressed as slender at ACEN got his share of 'angry internet' elsewhere in light of these events.

I don't want to be that 'insensitive guy,' but i still want to cosplay as Slender again this year.

I do have another costume i can wear, so that isn't an issue.
Is it too soon?
