Is there anyone that knows where to go or email about getting a refund? I got a one day for Saturday and wasn’t able to go due to family issues.

I accidentally bought a weekend Badge for Anime Midwest when I meant to only buy the pass for Saturday. I won't be able to go the other 2 days. Is there any way to get a refund for the weekend pass and then buy a Saturday-only pass?

Is it possible to pick up a friend’s badge if they can provide their email containing their confirmation code?

How long does it take for the badge to be mailed and arrive?

On the venue layout/map, on W. Bryn Mawr Ave. toward the top right is the words "Meetup". I was looking for the Marvel meetup as well and this is what I found. :)

Hello, I am almost positive that I submitted an online entry form, but I never received an email confirmation. Is this normal, or should I submit the form again?

I already got my ticket and an airbnb 10min away from the convention center. Will be driving there from where I live in Michigan so also can help with transportation for food and such.

I was wondering if the rave was 18+ or all ages?

So if you're unvaccinated you just need proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the convention? Or would you just be turned away anyway?

I'm planning on taking my younger brothers to the convention this weekend, I'm aware you need photo IDs to pick up the badge, but they don't have any available photo IDs right now not even from school especially because of the pandemic and all these home schooling, what can I do? Should I get a refund?..

Unfortunately I am no longer able to attend this year's convention, nor can my sister. However every time I've tried to refund my ticket, it takes me to page that says that the option can't be found. I really need some help here.
