I've been to conventions before, but I never went to this one before. I'm excited.
Last convention I went to was Anime Central. I cosplayed as Gamzee. I gained some friends by cosplaying Homestuck and I hope to gain friends here as well!
I might just cosplay Gamzee again, but add some twists to it. You'll see :)

You will definitely make more friends at this con. There probably will be a large Homestuck meetup which should be a lot of fun

Same here, first time at anime midwest, last con I went to was anime central as well. I'd be happy to be your friend!
I'll be dressed wearing a captain hat and muscular arms on my shoes. Hopefully I'll be easy to spot with that. I'm really intrigued about this new twist you speak of. Any hints?
