What are/were some of the restaurants and food choices here/last year, besides the noodles? Average prices?

There's a dennys down the road and a fancy place tucked beside the embassy hotel and crowne. But I don't remember the name...

There's a McDonalds walking distance also.

Thanks for the tips. Anyone know which way I go to the Crown Plaza from the L station (blue line)? Is it in walking distance?

You'll Getty off the blue line and head towards north river road. The crowne place is just down that road (go left) you'll go under the Kennedy expressway and see the Hyatt up on the left.
The crowne is down a little further on the right, across from the convention center. If you google search l station Rosemary Illinois you can view the map and see how close it is to the Hyatt and surrounding hotels.
