First time at midwest.

I'm planning to go with my friends this year to midwest on Saturday. I'm wondering what time should I be there to recieve my badge, so I won't have to wait in line very long.

As early as you can.
If you pre-reg already, come Thursday at the opening time of picking up your pre-reg badge.

Since you're attending on Saturday (I'm assuming), get there and pick it up really early in the morning when the lines open.

Agreed, early! Now the area to get your badge May not be open at, let's say, 9 but there will more than likely be a line forming for those waiting to her their badges.

Just plan your time accordingly. If there is a panel or something you want to see Saturday morning/afternoon just make sure you arrive early enough to be sure you have your badge by then.
