Haikyuu!! Cosplay + Meetup?

leromun
Anime Midwest's meetups locations are both indoor and outdoor and usually held at two spots where the meetups can do their own shots next to the other or go to different locations. Not only that but it might get hotter being outside in July and sometimes someone can feel unwell being in the heat for too long (happened to my friend last year where she was really dehydrated and constantly need water) especially when we're gonna play a small game of volleyball and wearing black. The maps covers the overall use of the convention center but Anime Midwest only uses a small amount of space. Decent, but spacious enough. Used the Acen map as a reference to show a rough amount of how much space Midwest used last year at the convention center in red (not including the hotel or where they held the other panels/fantasy ball) The lime green are possible places to meet up and (depending on the location if it's spacious) play volleyball. The one in blue is where last year official cosplay meetups were held. http://gyazo.com/b0cf537cc6247c58ae43e6eaa8fa8ec3

okay so there is actually a meetup planned for Sunday at noon in a small lot near the center for a shoot and volleyball game!

The only sports meetup that's planned on that day is Free. Prior to that is the Haikyuu discussion. Is this another unofficial meetup plan? Not only that, but I do know at least 2 of my friends might not be able to make it due to the Free meetup on that same day+time

yes it's unofficial. really wish we would have got an actual meetup. so I believe we have two unofficial meetups planned for the ones who are cosplaying Saturday and for the ones cosplaying Sunday
