The main cafe is in the Hyatt. Go up the stairs and hang right, then go left and follow the wall. You should see a sign for the cafe

Your badge serves as your id. They can scan it at the door to check for age and so on. But as a rule of thumb always have your id on in case of emergencies

This is copied from email: "Getting badges. The majority of attendees will be able to pick up their badge at the convention. The pickup area will be in the Stephens Convention Center foyer lobby. Hours will include Thursday pickup from about 5pm-7pm, and then registration will reopen at 10am on Friday. IDs Our system will scan your state issued ID to get your badge. When you arrive please make sure your ID is on hand and accessible, and taken out of any case or wallet. Attendees without an ID due to being underage may bring a school ID or their confirmation email. Each person must pick up their own badge. Parents may pickup a child's badge only if the child is with them at the time. A passport is an acceptable ID for those attending from out of the country. Mailed badges. We plan to do another limited badge mailing for about 1,000 pre-registered attendees. We will email those attendees selected for badge mailing. Only weekend, paid-for badges are eligible. If you want your badge mailed, login to the registration site, click your name, and check the box "send via mail" and click confirm. Mailing priority will be based on time registered, and those who registered earliest will be considered first. Badges with unconfirmable addresses, misspellings, etc, may not be selected for mailing. Any badges that are free, such as panelist badges, are also not eligible. Badges purchased after May 23rd will not be eligible. You will be emailed if your badge is selected for mailing. Extended registration rate. Due to popular demand, we have extended the $50 registration rate for three more days, to May 23rd."

@toomuchhetaliafeels No. Your mother would need a badge as well. These badges are what get you into special events, panels, vendors hall, and consweet. If she doesnt have one she won't be able to follow you pretty much anywhere.
