possibly dumb roomate type question

I know it's fairly early to already be talking about rooms and stuff but that's me, anyways I was curious how you guys set up getting roommates with each other since most hotels seem like they only allow one car per room. Does like no drive there, or do you all meet up before hand, or somethin else, anyways just curious about it lol.

I'm going with a group of like a dozen friends this year, which is a lot more than last year. Anyway, we usually take separate cars, but meet up at the hotel. Last year we stuffed 6 people in one room, lol. (2 in each bed, and 2 on an air mattress). That way we only had to get 2 rooms, and the price was pretty cheap for everybody. Honestly, I don't think anybody follows the rule of "one car per room". If you don't have any friends to go with, find some cool people with common interests and go from there. There's really no way for the hotel to enforce that rule anyway. They try to by giving you one parking pass per room, but my friends just used that one pass for the hotel lot, then used the public parking garage for the other cars.
