Is the registration truly closed or is that just for last year 2014?

You should check the date that's listed there and you can also send them an email if they provide it.

Well, that's most likely from last year. We on the inside of the Maid cafe have yet to complete the returning staff forum yet. It will most likely be out in the next couple of weeks. I'm just a regular staff member though so i can tell you for sure when it opens yet but If I hear anything from the head maid I'll send you a quick notice on the matter. <3
