Who should I speak to regarding physical handicaps and mobility during the convention? Will any old staff member do, or is there going to be a specific room or department or something?

You should email Molly. She will be able to help answer these questions as well as let you know where to go at the convention. I'm honestly not sure what department it might be other then con ops

If you read the 2014 booklet of events, they say that questions about handicap accommodation can be directed to Con-Ops.
