School ID

I have the confirmation email, but I heard that I also need to show an Id to get my badge (I pre-Registered). Does a school ID work for that?

Any Photo ID that confirms it's you and your name since your name will be be on the pre-reg list. If you don't have a photo ID, then perhaps you can print out your receipt just in case.

School id should be fine, however I agreed print out a copy of the receipt just in case more proof,is needed

Of course! Receipt, photo ID are enough to show that you pre-reg. for the badges.

Can I pick up my son's badge for him? He has a disability so I thought I'd pick it up Thurs night. I have receipts, his ID, my ID, is this ok? If not, is there someone I can appeal to? I really wish uou guys offered disabled badges like Ramencon, it was way easier.

As long as you have ID's you should be good to go. Sounds like you have enough information you should have no trouble picking up the badge Thursday night. I do agree with you on the disabled badges though. Perhaps as Midwest grows in size they will expand on this and adopt it in. It's worth bringing up to staff to see if maybe they could do this next year (:

It's a good suggestion about disabled badges, and I think you can get more information about it from Con-ops since I remembered about how they handled a handicap cosplayer and her mother with their questions and concerns. It'd probably be easier to go get your badges and then go to Con-ops to ask questions to stay on the safe side, otherwise, con-ops first and then badges.
