If you walk across River Road from the hotel (towards the nearby hotels Hilton, Embassy Suites, and Double Tree) there will be a parking garage. Walk through this and you will end up at The Park at Rosemont. There are multiple sit-down restaurants there (I've eaten at the pub and the mexican place there and both were really good!) Not a ton of people know about this area and it won't have a lot of con-goers so the people at the restaurant may not even know it is going on. (We went there for ACEN the past two years and did not notice ANYONE in costume in the restaurants.) Here is the website about the area. :) http://www.rosemont.com/the_park_at_rosemont.php I think people also walk to a Denny's, and to Giordanos (pizza), but these are further away (Turn right onto the street in front of the hotel (River Road) and walk for a mile - maybe look up more specific directions ahead of time?
